Sides Monthly Elite Card Prize Draw
Promotion Terms & Conditions ("Rules")
These are the terms and conditions ("Rules") that apply to the Sides Monthly Elite Card Prize Draw ("Promotion"). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Sides Privacy Notice at https://www.eatsides.com.
1. Entry Period & Campaign Duration
a. The Promotion will run from 10:00 (UK time) on 1st August 2026 until 23:59 (UK time) on 31st December 2026 ("Promotion Period").
b. Within the Promotion Period, prize draws will take place on a monthly recurring basis. Each monthly draw opens at 00:01 (UK time) on the first day of the calendar month and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on the last day of the same calendar month ("Monthly Entry Period").
c. Entries received outside of a given month's Monthly Entry Period will not be valid for that month's draw.
2. Eligibility
a. The Promotion is open exclusively to registered members of the Sides Loyalty Program.
b. Entrants must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom and at least 16 years of age at the time of entry.
c. Proof of age, loyalty membership, and eligibility may be required.
d. Not eligible:
- (i) Employees of Sides or any associated companies;
- (ii) Immediate family and/or household members of those individuals;
- (iii) Anyone professionally involved in the administration of the Promotion.
3. How to Enter Loyalty Sign-In Required
a. To enter, eligible customers must first sign up for or log into Sides Loyalty, purchase a Chicken Filler in-store at any participating Sides restaurant during a Monthly Entry Period, and ensure they provide their registered loyalty phone number at checkout to sign in.
b. Every separate, valid purchase transaction of a Chicken Filler accompanied by successful Sides Loyalty account identification automatically grants one (1) entry into that month's prize draw.
c. There is no limit on the number of entries per person, provided each entry relates to a separate qualifying transaction of a Chicken Filler verified by phone number sign-in at checkout. Transactions without a successful loyalty link at the time of purchase will not be counted.
4. Prizes
a. There are a total of six (6) Grand Prizes available to be won across the Promotion Period (one (1) winner selected per calendar month).
5. Prize Conditions & Redemption
a. Prizes are non-transferable, strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or credit alternatives are available.
b. The £200 Sides Loyalty credit is subject to standard Sides Loyalty usage terms, operational availability, and valid redemption policies.
6. Winner Selection
a. On the last day of each calendar month (or the next immediate business day if it falls on a weekend or bank holiday), all eligible entries recorded via Sides Loyalty for that calendar month will be compiled into a single pool.
b. One (1) winner per month will be selected at random via an electronic computer-generated draw.
7. Winner Notification & Prize Claim
a. Winners will be notified using the contact details (email or phone) associated with their registered Sides Loyalty account within five (5) working days of the draw.
b. Winners must respond and claim their prize within five (5) working days of notification.
c. If a winner does not respond within this five (5) working day timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, Sides reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the original pool of entries for that month.
8. Law and Jurisdiction
The Promotion and these Rules are governed by England and Wales law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Personal Data
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Sides Privacy Notice solely for the purposes of loyalty account verification, draw administration, winner notification, and prize fulfillment.
